Tirsdag den 3. november 2026 kl. 14 kan du møde den sydkoreanske billedkunstner Yo-E Ryou til en artist talk i lille sal på Dokk1 i Aarhus.
Omdrejningspunktet for artist talken er Yo-E Ryous kunstneriske praksis. Bemærk; talken foregår på engelsk.
Artist talk: Listening Through Water
Rooted in her ongoing practice on Jeju Island, Yo-E Ryou (b. 1987, Seoul) traces how embodied experience around water moves through her multidisciplinary work across moving image, sound, performance, drawing, and installation. Moving between earlier works and her recent Breath Orchestra, currently presented at the 61st Venice Biennale, she reflects on water as a relational medium and on how hydrofeminist thinking and lived experience shape her evolving practice.
